english muffins and turkeys

While I sat enjoying my English muffin with butter and peanut butter and my cup of coffee this morning look who joined me for breakfast

Dang, it isn't bird season or one would be joining me again for Thanksgiving dinner.

But for now I will enjoy their presence.

Hugs, LJ

  2. I'm not sure where you live, but turkeys have virtually taken over New England and I see that it's the same where you live as well. I joke with my husband about 'dinner is served!' but he told me wild turkeys make for bad meat. lol

  3. Gobble gobble! They are fun to watch! I like your wreath header.

  4. They are so cute. We have deer in our yard sometimes and I do enjoy them when they are not in our veggie garden.

  5. I've been amazed at the numbers of wild turkeys I've seen...hundreds! As well, bear and deer...we're being overrun with wildlife and fruit is absolutely hanging on the trees...all pointing to terrible winter.

  6. Maybe you morning visitors will stick around for a few more months in time for Thanksgiving...or maybe not :-) Hope you have an enjoyable weekend and enjoy an English muffin for us as we are off starches for at least 2 weeks with South Beach phase 1 (again).
